The Alisa Coaches Academy was created to help men and women to do the real work of transformation—deep, personal, and relational work that challenges you to grow, heal, lead, and love with greater clarity and emotional depth.
To serve this mission fully, the Academy is divided into two distinct branches: one for Women, and one for Men. These branches operate independently, allowing members to engage without distraction and in an environment intentionally designed for the unique challenges and opportunities of their journey.
Each branch offers a rich combination of guided courses, high-level mentorship, live sessions, and private community support. Whether you’re here to unlearn destructive patterns, reclaim your personal power, or learn how to build and sustain a meaningful connection with the opposite sex—you will find the guidance, structure, and challenge you’ve been needing.
For over two decades, I’ve walked with men and women through the most vulnerable and transformative seasons of their lives. I’ve helped them unearth the wounds they didn’t know were still bleeding, and taught them how to love—and be loved—with intention, strength, and emotional integrity. That is the heart of this Academy.Â
A Note On Specializations
If you identify as an alternative gender, please know this: you deserve love, support, and a space that honors your journey. However, this space was not designed to cater to your unique situation.
The Alisa Coaches Academy was built from over two decades of experience catering to the personal and relationship needs of biological men and biological women. This is the work that I know most deeply and the path that I am best equipped to guide. Because of this, The Academy is not structured to serve the complex needs of alternative identities or relationship models.
And so, while I may not be the right guide for your journey, I truly hope that you find the space, the love, and the insight that best supports your growth.
